This 1966 Jaguar XKE is a Series I roadster that was completed on March 4, 1966, and distributed in Germany through Peter Linder. The car is said to have come stateside in the late 1970s and was acquired by the current owner on BaT in June 2023. Subsequent work consisted of repairing the parking brake and replacing the battery, thermostat, and fuel lines. This left-hand-drive example is powered by a replacement 4.2-liter inline-six mated to a four-speed manual transmission, and additional equipment includes a beige soft top, 15″ knock-off wire wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, triple SU carburetors, covered headlights, split chrome-finished bumpers, and a Becker Europa AM/FM push-button radio. This XKE Roadster is offered on dealer consignment with a top boot, a jack, a tool kit, a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, and a clean Arizona title in the current owner's name.
