911 Turbo Backdate

This 1979 Porsche 911SC coupe was retrofitted with a turbocharged flat-six and a G50 five-speed manual transaxle before being modified with a backdated long hood, a ducktail rear decklid, steel RSR-style fender flares, and a repaint in GT Silver Metallic. The engine is equipped with a Garrett turbocharger, coil-on-plug ignition, and electronic fuel injection, and it was rebuilt to displace 3.4 liters in 2023 with Mahle 98mm forged pistons, CP-Carillo connecting rods, Turbo Kraft sport camshafts, 993-specification intake and exhaust valves, a Turbo Kraft intercooler, and Injector Dynamics fuel injectors. Highlights of the build include a ZF limited-slip differential, an Elephant Racing coilover suspension, 17″ Fikse wheels, Billy Boat headers, and a MagnaFlow muffler. The car also has a Porsche Classic stereo, a MOMO steering wheel, a WEVO shifter, a custom sound system, and black leather-trimmed Recaro Classic LS front seats. Imported to the US from Canada in 2024, this modified 911SC is offered on dealer consignment with refurbishment photos, work invoices, and a clean Oregon title.
